Great location for what we wanted to do. Good walking area for the dog. Great response from the maintenance man when we had an unusual problem with the bathroom door, which could have happened at any time

It was a bit dusty behind the furniture but easily removed. It would have been nice not to start the stay with hoovering

The cleanliness - it fell way below the standards anyone should be expected to stay In. We needed to clean before unpacking - that’s not ok ! Floors were filthy, the children got dirty clothes as soon as we got in playing on the floor. Rubbish left behind cabinet, under the table and sofa, fingernail on the hob. All skirting’s were grubby, lots of dust around, black bits falling off the shower walls when water went onto it. Dirty crockery and cutlery in the cupboards / draw - this maybe previous guests, but should be checked. The windows all need a good clean I had to clean all the floor areas the children would be on with wet wipes from my car as there is no mop. The hoover barely sucks and keeps falling apart. Very poor cleanliness, if you’re paying someone to clean the chalet after guests, they need speaking to.
