Mari was a wonderful host, and despite being in the same house, I never heard anything. The room was clean and comfortable, and it's a 12 minute walk to the nearest station. The carpeted floor felt nice and a pleasure to touch after being out walking. Mari answered quickly to any questions I could've had and was very helpful and direct. You're provided cutlery, plates, and mugs. There's a 2-in-1 shampoo and gel in the bathroom shower. There are two towels available at your disposal. The location is close to High Road, which has restaurants and fast food chains.
The electric kettle had a little bit of suspicious water in it, which dissuaded me from attempting to do anything with it
The fan didn't cool the room that much
But these are very minor complaints. It's still a splendid room.

Room is fairly satisfactory to stay
Bed mattress requires replacement. Toilet too small. Wi-Fi slow. 10-15 mins walk from Ilford under ground/ Bus stop
