Could be much better with little improvements

Very close to both the motorway and the main pedestrian street, but still tucked in and quiet.

We didn't mind that the furniture was dated but it was poorly maintained and the whole place was not cleaned properly. Floors were dirty and I'm not sure that the bed sheets were changed.
