Staff was amazing! The staff who checked us in was super friendly and even drew us a guide map with routes to key areas around the city. The room was more than sufficiently sized for the 2 of us, and the beds were pretty comfortable. Location is also amazing being near the bus and train stations basically meant that it was easy enough to any major attractions around Hualien City. Would absolutely love to come back again!
