This is a good place for short trips

My stay was pleasant. I felt the price was reasonable for the room. Furthermore, the area is quiet, about a 10-minute walk to the train station, which provides easy access to central Paris. It's a good place for short trips.

Good offer for the price

The room was cozy and comfortable and the rest of the facilities including shower, toilet, kitchen are shared with other guests and the house owners. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and 20min away from the nearest Metro station.

There wasn’t much noise canceling between the rooms so I could hear even small noises in other rooms and I didn’t really feel privacy in my room.

Si vous avez pas la capacité d’assumer un certain niveaux de propreté alors ne louer pas ce type d’appartement

Emplacement, place pour se garer

Parties communes sales ( je n osais pas toucher le couvercle de la poubelle), pas de ménages journaliers comme annoncé, humidité. Réception d'un mail disant que si je donne une bonne note, le loueur me notera également bien et de signaler les mécontentements par mail et non sur l avis de booking. J ai pris des photos au cas où...
