The Elevator really slow and tends to miss your level at times. Especially when your down B3, it took 3 turns going up to finally come down. Only 1 elevator works

We love staying here ! Such a convenient location, clean, friendly staff, very helpful security! We love the roof top facilities- hot spa, sauna, pool !

Rooftop pool and spa. Views from the roof. Handy to Woolies and food. Washer/dryer + dishwasher. Modern.
Had a little trouble getting in/codes etc, but was quickly rectified. Poolside lounges are in terrible condition.

Wasnt clear when I booked that there was no reception ect. We changed days and arrived without any check in information.My phone didnt consistently unlock door so was stressed about being locked out. The rooftop was beautiful but all very mouldy. Room was much more compact than expected.
