Localização excelente. Perto da Arena da Baixada, local nobre da Cidade. Apartamento muito confortável com ar condicionado em ambos ambientes com banheiro amplo e cozinha bem equipada.
Estacionamento é pago por fora ao custo de $40 ao dia. Mas você precisa avisar que quer contratar diária, do contrário será taxado ao custo horário.

O apartamento é novo e muito bem localizado. Fica próximo a shopping, padaria, farmácias, posto de combustível. Atendeu perfeitamente à minha família (4 pessoas). Na cozinha havia fogão, microondas, cafeteira, chaleira e até máquina de lavar louças.
Na informação do booking dizia que havia estacionamento no prédio por um custo de R$ 32,00/diária. Quando fechei, no e-mail veio informação de que a diária do estacionamento era R$ 38,00 e quando fui pagar, a Estapar cobrou R$ 40,00 a diária.

Loved the location
It is so noisy in the apartment. The walls are paper thin and so is the ceiling. You can hear the chairs moving and people talking very clearly. Impossible to sleep with the noise.
