Nice and clean and 3 decent sized rooms. Also really nice living area. Also has electric fences and parking behind a gate (and a garage) so felt quite safe.
Everything was good - the only thing is that they didn’t have hand soap in any of the bathrooms or kitchen but I doubt that’s something that happens often. Was just a bit inconvenient.

The place is very nice. Just like the photos. It has a wow factor that I was very happy with. Spacious bedrooms, modern design and very private. It is a walkable neighborhood, but it is not close to much, but a short uber ride away is Eden Bay with great restaurants and an amazing view of Capetown. The owners take pride in this unit. The space will not disappoint.
I was disappointed with the check-in. The initial communication and instructions to get the keys were horrible. I sent several messages that were not responded to. No signage, greeting, etc. It is a 40 minute drive from Capetown, past townships, then being left in a random residential neighborhood with luggage - all felt a bit sketchy initially. Construction workers and the cleaning lady were working on the unit for over three hours when I arrived (after the check in time) and I had zero privacy. They were nice enough to drive me to the ATM, to get the R1,800 cash deposit (do not forget to read the fine print) but would not allow me to check out even half an hour late given the inconvenience. Also there is a clothes line but no dryer. The public beach is also a 7 minute drive away (not walkable) - there is no private beach as advertised.

The people who manage this house are extremely amazing and helpful and always trying to satisfy you in the best way..
The house is very clean and filled with your needs with best brands items
some suggestions..to the owner to make the house the best in south africa..
- add some outdoor chairs and table in the garden to enjoy the oudoor while at home.
- maybe adding a dryer would be nice
