New Gran Madre Apartment

The location of the place is very very nice and also very safe. The place is light and tasteful. The view is very nice.

I did not like the stairs too much: the apartment is on the third floor. I prefer that the toilet would be seperate. I forgot the problem to be a family of 4 persons and only have one toilet which is in the bathroom. People who rent the place should know that it is nice, but not new, for example the shower is in the bath, it works though. The lock of the door is a bit complicated. We did not have to pay for tourist tax in the other place we stayed a few weeks before. The fact that we needed to send the money seperately was a bit strange, I have found.

L’isolation n’est vraiment pas au niveau. Le voisin du dessus a fait une soirée au dessus de notre tête, ce qui est normal vu que c’est du parquet. En revanche, l’isolation des fenêtres mériterait d’être changé. La douche fait du chaud froid en permanence.

Host molto disponibili e gentili, concedendoci anche il late check out. L’appartamento è centrale, a pochi passi dal parco del Valentino in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, fornita anche di ristoranti molto buoni proprio sotto l’appartamento. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto, con le chiavi si può anche utilizzare l’ascensore. Ottima soluzione per chi cerca un posto tranquillo non lontano dal centro, difronte c’è anche un ampio parcheggio per le auto. Vista spettacolare

Il parquet risultava un po’ rumoroso, si sentivano anche i passi di altri appartamenti.
