Встретил нас отец владельца , очень приятный мужчина , все показал , рассказал , сказал что в холодильнике есть 2 холодных пива для вас (lion в бутылке ) Мы очень удивились , это было неожиданно приятно и весьма кстати после долгого переезда.
Владелец , хорошо говорит по русски.
В коттедже все есть , 2 спальни с хорошо работающими кондицонерами. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым , есть даже духовка и хорошая кофемашина.
Есть где посидеть на улице.
Очень быстрый вай-фай.
Хорошее расположение, до главного пляжа 5 минут пешком.
Единственный нюанс - у соседей есть петух. И он каждый день с 4-30 утра кукарекает.
Слышно его прекрасно, во всех комнатах.

We had a nice stay at Damithshouse. The host is super friendly and welcoming - he kindly allowed us to check in earlier and check out later, and genuinely did his best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine and even karaoke (which was a fun). The location is also excellent - only a 5-mins walk to the sea and Bentota train station. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby, especially Boss of Prawns, where we enjoyed delicious seafood (recommend it!).
We would absolutely love to stay at Damithshouse again during our next visit to Bentota and would happily recommend it to others.
If there’s one small thing to mention, the yard is a bit small - but that’s simply a fact, not an issue. It’s still clean, cozy, and pleasant.

Toni made breakfast for us. It was delicious, varied and a good value large quality breakfast. Toni was available to supply anything we needed. Thanks. The villa was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was quiet and in a residential and very friendly area. A walk or short ride to the beach and into the town. We fully enjoyed our week and thanks to Damith and Toni.

Очень уютный дом, внутри чисто и комфортно.
Очень хорошо работает вайфай роутер.
В спальнях кондиционеры и вентиляторы.
Удобные кровати, чистое бельё, есть вся необходимая посуда. Близко к пляжу, где волны минимальны и можно купаться с детьми.
Очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый хозяин, который помогает во всех вопросах оперативно, прекрасно говорит по русски.
Нет такого, понравилось всё
