Deluxe Apartment Leibnitz

Die Lage war optimal. In der Nähe sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Umgebung ist auch sehr ruhig und schön. Zw. Einfamilienhäuser. Zentrum ist nur 20 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Die Wohnung ist neu mit Garten. Man hat von den Nachbarn nicht viel mitbekommen. Parkplatz war auch ok. Er liegt zw. der Müllinsel und der Gebäude. Es ist ein Stellplatz.

Leider gab es nur Winterdecken. Sie waren sehr warm. Sommerdecken könnte man zulegen. Es wäre super gewesen ein Abtropfgestell für das Geschirr samt Spülmittel. Schade die Waschmaschiene mit 4-5 Teller laufen lassen.

Sauber, geräumig und großzügiger Parkplatz

Spacious lovely apartment in a good location. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Good coffee machine which we did not use but it is nice to have. Code on the door makes it easy to check in and out, although we did have to contact the owner for the code when we arrived. Parking is convenient.

The shower and bathroom drains were clogged and the water did not drain properly. After showering for 2-3 minutes, the water started overflowing the shower area and going towards the hallway. It caused us quite some stress to clean up the flood when we noticed it. We let the owner know about the bathroom sink as soon as we got to the apartment. Due to it being the weekend, it was probably difficult to find somebody to fix it. The owner said somebody would come Sunday morning but they did not. We showered and used the bathroom sink very briefly and carefully.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, modernes Apartment mit ruhiger Lage im Wohngebiet. Es ist ein Stellplatz direkt am Haus vorhanden, was uns eine freundliche Nachbarin mitteilte. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Wasserabfluss im Waschbecken (Bad) lief langsam ab.
