Lovely place with great views and friendly staff
The place is very well maintained and beautiful. Really enjoyed setting area t the balcony with amazing views of beautiful mountains. There is a nice river nearby and it is very relaxing to listen to the sound of flowing waters. There is very large TV and proper setting and sleeping place for 4 persons. The reception was really welcoming and I really enjoyed everything . I will definitely go back to stay here.

Madame, Monsieur, Ce que vous proposez dans votre hôtel est tout simplement inadmissible et une honte absolue. Dès le premier instant, l’accueil a été froid, désagréable et tout sauf professionnel. Les chambres étaient dans un état lamentable – sales, insalubres et totalement inacceptables. C’est une honte de proposer quelque chose comme ça en tant qu’hébergement ! Le sommet de l’insolence a cependant été lorsque vous avez tenté de nous faire payer une deuxième fois le prix de la chambre, alors que nous avions déjà réglé en ligne. Vous avez essayé de nous rouler en prétendant que “Booking” allait soi-disant nous rembourser – ce qui est absolument faux. Il est clair que vous vouliez simplement nous faire payer deux fois. C’est non seulement malhonnête, mais carrément frauduleux ! Et en plus, demander 50 francs supplémentaires pour 10 minutes de retard – c’est le comble du scandale. Votre escroquerie, combinée à votre service exécrable, vos chambres insalubres et votre manque total de respect pour vos clients, fait de cet hôtel l’une des pires expériences que nous ayons jamais vécues. Je me demande vraiment comment vous osez appeler cela un hôtel. Vous devriez avoir honte ! Nous ne reviendrons jamais et nous découragerons quiconque de réserver chez vous. Überraschung in letzter Minute...

Wir wurden umquartiert. Leider war die Info über die Ersatz Unterkunft in Küblis weder besser noch ein Aufstieg. Eigentlich hätten wir ein Alpenblick panorama vom Balkon erwartet. Doch die leeren Versprechungen über die Ersatz-Unterkunft in Küblis, war von der Lage her immer im Schatten. Beim Eintritt in die Wohnung war meinem Sohn aufgefallen, dass die Toillette nich gespühlt war. Leider ein No-Go. Es wahren mehr leere Versprechungen als Aufwertungen der Ersatz-Wohnung. Wie auch immer. Keine Ahnung warum das passieren musste...
