Top-Vermieter, freundlich, hilsbereit, zugewandt, aber absolut unaufdringlich, Ausstattung sehr komfortabel, umfassend bis hin zu Kleinigkeiten, gemütlich, gediegen und nicht irgendeinem modernistisch-üblichen Schnickschnack folgend, Verbrauchsmittel für Küche, Reinigung usw. vom Vermieter reichlich bereitgestellt. Absolut ruhige Lage in einer reinen Wohngegend.
Die Treppe zur Wohnung war für mich als Geh- und räumlich Sehbehindertem etwas mühsam.
