Modern villa Tina, which has 510 m2, is located in a perfect location, only 120 m away from the beautiful sandy or rocky beach. Privlaka is a famous place for surfing, which makes it an even more attractive tourist destination for all those who want adrenaline and sports holidays. Villa Tina is ideal for twelve guests. It is divided in two parts, more specifically two houses with complete equipment, which are connected by an underground part, but completely made available to guests. In one part of the villa there are two single rooms with four beds, while in the other there are four rooms with double beds. Each room has its own bathroom with shower, and the villa also has a separate toilet. All rooms facing south or east have a perfect and relaxing view of the vast and transparent Adriatic Sea. The villa has two enchanting and heated pools of 28 m2 and 15 m2. Next to both pools you can relax on deck chairs where, enjoying the view of nature, you can refresh yourself during the day or night. In the courtyard of the villa there is a large and covered outdoor table for twelve people where you and your family, with complete privacy, can enjoy delicious dishes prepared on the outdoor grill that we offer at your disposal. Next to the smaller pool there is another table for eight guests. On the ground floors there are two comfortable living rooms with TV and sofas. The sofa also serves as an extra bed for two people. Two modern kitchens include dining areas with a table for six people, and if you come with children, a feeder and baby cot are available. The fully fenced villa also offers 6 parking spaces outside the yard, and accommodation for younger groups of friends who will surely enjoy its spaciousness to which they will be able to return whenever they want because the villa is available all year round. If you are a sports type, the villa offers a small gym with basic exercise facilities, a separate billiards room and a sauna for luxurious relaxation after a workout. If you come to Privlaka with your own boat, we also offer a private solid berth for a boat up to 10 m. Pets are only allowed on request. Privlaka is a tourist place thanks to numerous sandy bays, and in the town of Nin, only 3 km away, there is a sandy Queen's Beach, where there is a healing mud known for its many minerals, and the whole treatment on the beach is very relaxing.
