In the hall, including the TV, we offer you an additional sofa bed ideal for two more people. In Villa Casa Materossa, you can cool down using the fan convectors located in the bedrooms, living room and basement. The spacious living room with a view of the outdoor pool has a corner sofa, an armchair, a TV, a coffee table, and a fireplace. The living room is connected to the elegantly decorated kitchen, which also includes a dining room with a wooden table for eight people, cooking utensils, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. On the ground floor, there is also an exit that leads to the main terrace with a swimming pool, an outdoor table for eight people, and a two-seater from which you can relax with a glass of wine. The heated pool with internal stairs is 38 m2 in size. It is perfect for day or night refreshments with a view of untouched nature. Next to it, there are 8 deckchairs for sunbathing and a shower.
