Modern and comfortable Provencal villa with private pool.
Welcome to this modern vacation home, which is the ideal accommodation for you and your extended family or two friends families. Made of beautiful materials, the interior is spacious, bright and air-conditioned. The contemporary, neat and refined decoration creates a relaxing atmosphere.
Young and old will enjoy the large fenced garden with private pool. For the large, sunny wooden terrace with garden furniture also invites you to sunbathe and socialize. Spend many hours swimming and playing in the water and relax in the sun with good music.
The house is ideally located at the gates of the charming village of Cléon d'Andran, an emblematic village of the Provençal Drôme with a Gallo-Roman character. In its old concentric center, near the church whose pointed bell tower is an unavoidable landmark in the plain, are the oldest houses worth admiring. A special feature is the "elephant fountain", which is unique in the region. Nearby are the beautiful mountain villages of Mirmande, Marsanne, Le Poët-Laval and Cliousclat. Also worth visiting is the botanical village of Grignan with its majestic Renaissance castle. Montélimar, the capital of nougat, should also be on your excursion program.
