Todo perfecto en general. Ideal para pasar unos días estupendos para hacer turismo ya que está en el mismo centro de la ciudad al alcance de supermercados, bares y zonas de visita turística.
Aunque la terraza es la mejor zona del piso necesita una reforma estética urgente y necesaria ya que da sensacion de dejadez. Por lo demás todo aceptable.

Su ubicación es fantástica
Tenía varios desperfectos, como el grifo del fregadero roto, el grifo del baño perdía agua y el aire acondicionado del salón perdía agua y se mojaba todo el salón
