Ruang yang sangat besar dan selesa. Walaupun cuma dua bilik, tp ruang bilik dan ruang tamu sangat besar dan luas. Ruang parking juga sangat besar. Tekanan air kuat. Ada juga ruang santai dekat belakang. Ada penunjuk arah kiblat. Memudahkan pengunjung. Kawasan mudah dengar azan. Terletak tepi jalan utama. Senang cari. Mudah keluar masuk parking. Kedai makan utk sarapan/tengahari ada sebelah rumah je. Tp kedai makan tutup waktu malam ye
