We had a lot of space, beds were very comfortable, they had a washer and dryer, lots of amenities (like salt and pepper, vegetable oil and detergent!). Location was fantastic for our son on Duke’s East Campus.
Not a whole lot. Seemed like a decent and safe neighborhood. Price was great. The a/c ran really cold and the living room light was too dim.

Great/ comfortable duplex
Beds comfortable
Uncomfortable pillows
Area carpet has unsafe curled up corners causing tripping hazard - remove or use 2 sided tape to secure it
Missing kitchen dish cloths, tea towels and hand towel
Ant infestation by front door, also some in bathroom and first bedroom
Front door lock quit working- batteries died, had to wait for lockbox code to get hard key
Move desk to back bedroom for quiet, privacy and allow more living room space
