Perfect place in a very good location.

Everything is so well organized.

Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible on the owner’s part.

On Booking, the apartment showed as available. We made the reservation, entered all the required information, and immediately received a confirmation, believing everything was good to go. Not long after that, we got a message from the owner saying the apartment was not available and was already occupied. We were unpleasantly surprised and contacted them right away about the confirmed reservation. We asked if they had any alternative, without even going into why the apartment was listed as available and bookable on Booking in the first place. We received a very short reply saying they were not there and couldn’t help us. We consider this extremely unprofessional and irresponsible on the owner’s part. We suspect this may be a manipulation, where they wait to see if someone will book the apartment for a longer stay instead of just one night. This is not a good look for Booking, and they should double-check the owners who list properties for rent and their reliability. That night, we ended up sleeping in our car.

Гарне розташування в 5 хвилинах пішки від самого центру Сомбора, зручний апартамент з гарним ремонтом та новим облаштуванням. Зручний окремий вхід в номер з вулиці та з паркуванням прям поруч входу.

Було б класно мати більш зручний матрас.

Das Apartment ist neu. Es ist mit einem neuen Bad bestückt, hat sich wie zuhause gefühlt.

Wlan war da, internet OK, habe ich aber bei Viber ein bischen Probleme gehabt.

Hibátlan! Sve jako dobro! Tiszta, rendezett, nagyon korrekt személyzet. Nagyon kényelmes ágy, 5 percnyire a központtól, kényelmes ingyenes parkolás. Teljesen elégedett vagyok, bátran ajánlom bárkinek!

Prijatan vikend predah u čarobno lepom gradu, među ljudima sa dobrom voljom i osmehom.

Lokacija apartmana je odlična. Putovali smo vozom i za manje od 10 minuta laganog hoda, sa somborske železničke stanice stigli do smeštaja u prelepoj kući, divnoj mirnoj i tihoj ulici. Domaćica Snežana je divna diskretna brižljiva osoba, pa je komunikacija sa njom bila veoma prijatna. U smeštaju su nas dočekali toplina, kafa, čaj, slatkiši... Apartman je veoma blizu starog gradskog jezgra, sve je pristupačno.
