Walk to Riverside Market 4 bed 4 bath with car park

Proximity to the central Christchurch is fantastic. Lovely and warm (once heat pumps have been utilised) 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Heated toilet seats. The outdoor space would be amazing in summer.

Was extremely cold when we walked in. So heat pumps and bedroom heaters were turned on as soon as we arrived. Having known our arrival time I’d have liked the apartment to have been warmed up for us. A 10 seater dining setting overtook the space. A smaller table would’ve allowed more area to add another sofa. One two seater sofa wasn’t really sufficient for relaxing. Decaf coffee would’ve been nice as an option for those not drinking caffeine.

Great central location, walking distance to town, restaurants, gardens. Bedrooms were decent size all with brand new bathrooms and robes. Living area is long and has a very well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful details like lots of coffee pods and teas which helped make the stay even more enjoyable. Looked like a great outside area however, we couldn't take advantage of the great outside area due to the heavy rain. All things considered it was a very convenient and comfortable stay.

The couch was not that comfortable and if it hadn't rained so much, we would not have really used it as much as we did! So, if you are out and about it won't matter! The directions of where to park your car are also very confusing as you cannot enter the car park from the rear!

Beds and living space very comfortable. Nice and clean bathrooms. Great kitchen ammenities. Walking distance to city centre and restaurants.

3 levels of stairs - for taking up luggage but once we had that sorted, those of us with good knees did not mind it. :)

Perfect location and perfect for 8 adults
