The location was excellent. Supermarket just a few minutes walk away, 10 mins to sea front with restaurants. A few closed when we were there in may but enough to eat well. Also close to beach and sea front walk. We were touring by motorcycle. Easy access to main routes. Good underground garage space. Generally well equipped kitchen and plenty of space. There were two of us so it was fine but only one settee in lounge area so not sure how you might seat six. There is a dining table with chairs. Very spacious sun terrace.
Ants. The price of a large sun terrace. Ants in the kitchen and living room. We bought spray form the supermarket and sprayed along the entrances. That solved the issue. Property could do with a bit of an update. Eg. Cushions for outdoor furniture lacking. No bread knife, minor issue but missed. Weeds on terrace.

La ubicación, cerca de supermercados, de la salida a la autovía, y con un agradable paseo hasta el centro del pueblo o del paseo marítimo más concurrido, lleno de restaurantes, escuelas de surf y tiendas.
En la terraza da mucho sol y se agradecería poder graduarlo, pero lo veo complicado ya que es una zona que corre el aire.

Do espaço em geral, sua localização e limpeza. Está bem equipado para o dia a dia de uma familia. A proximidade do Continente é uma mais valia. Próximo de vários Restaurantes.
