Apartamento lindo, limpo, muito bem equipado e bem localizado.
Beautiful, clean, very well-equipped apartment in a great location.
O anfitrião solicita uma taxa de 300 USD como caução para casos de danos ou infrações às regras da propriedade (no meu caso, 315, pois só consegui pagar com o paypal - as outras formas de pagamento não são aceitas no Brasil e o PayPal cobra taxa de serviço). Após o check-out, eles pedem 2 semanas para devolver o valor, mas já vai completar um mês e até agora não fui estornada. Venho pedindo um retorno desde então e a única resposta que recebo é que estão verificando com a gerência. Considero isso um desrespeito com o hóspede, que respeitou as regras e confiou no anfitrião, mas não teve o mesmo tratamento.
The host requests a $300 security deposit for damages or violations of property rules (in my case, $315, as I could only pay with PayPal – other payment methods are not accepted in Brazil and PayPal charges a service fee). After check-out, they ask for two weeks to return the money, but it's been almost a month and I still haven't received the refund. I've been requesting for an update ever since, and the only reply I get is that they are checking with the management. I consider this disrespectful to the guest, who followed the rules and trusted the host, but did not receive the same treatment.

The location was phenomenal. The apartment itself was perfect, clean, just the right size, great ambiance. The parking space is such a huge perk!!! Beautiful quiet street.
The directions for getting in were a bit incomplete (had to figure out how to get into the building and garage with the fob) but outside of this, everything was excellent.

A great place to stay in Beverly Hills. The apartment is comfortable and bright, and the neighborhood is very quiet. It is located just a few blocks from shops, within walking distance
The coffee maker wasn't working. Furthermore, the management took a long time to return our damage deposit, which negatively impacted our travel experience with them
