La ubicación,la alberca la vista al mar el servicio en recepción y muy atentos el personal de seguridad y mantenimiento. Las instalaciones muy limpias y modernas.

- Location right on Quinta Avenida close to all the shops, restaurants and attractions
-Nice apartment. Great for a family with two kids.
- Property management is nice and responsive
- Nice pool area with a view to the beach
The property is advartised with beach access, beach chairs, etc. However, the deck is damaged, the beach is gone, and you have to go around which is challenging with toddlers. My main reason for selecting this property was the beach access, so this was very disappointing.

My recommendation is to call El Faro directly and see if they fixed it before making a decision.
