La amplitud y comodidad de la casa y el jardín; así como la piscina comunitaria. La facilidad en el acceso y la prontitud al responder a las dudas surgidas.
Se nota cierta falta de mantenimiento y realmente nos preocupó la imposibilidad de cerrar la puerta de la calle por dentro al estar rota la cerradura.
Para nosotros, que íbamos a Gibraltar, no fue un problema la ubicación; pero realmente la urbanización nos pareció que está un tanto a desmano.

Krásný, prostorný, moderně zařízený byt se dvěma koupelnami a s klimatizací v každé místnosti, k němuž navíc patří i malá zahrádka s venkovním posezením a výhledem na Gibraltarskou skálu a dvě parkovací místa. Opravdu jsme litovali toho, že se nemůžeme zdržet déle než jednu noc.

Close to Gibraltar but far away from everything
Loud neighbors. Flat was not clean (floor had dirt and crumbs, even bottle lids were on the floor. A two months old toast bread was in the drawer. Freezer was dirty.
There is a barrier for entering the area and one has no code for opening it. We had to wait for another car opening it.
