Modern Studio in Gasperich with Balcony & Wi-Fi

It's a decent place for one person or a couple traveling to Luxembourg for work or possibly vacation. The kitchen is complete enough to make meals. It's near to the (free) public transit.

The place is very small, and if it's winter, you can't use the balcony so it feels even smaller. There are basically two rooms, the kitchen/bedroom and the bathroom. All the lighting in the apartment is controlled by some kind of automation system with a tablet interface at the entrance. I didn't find it intuitive and had to spend several minutes multiple times playing with it just to get the lighting working, which is not what you want when all you're trying to do is turn everything off as you're leaving, it was very annoying.

Location and the building

The checkin and the lack of A/C

Pretty good option for a short stay, located very close to tram and bus stops, and with supermarkets, a mall and restaurants close by. Complex is brand new and very clean and modern-looking. Hosts are accessible 24/7 by WhatsApp, which is a great help. Very nice balcony. Shower and kitchen equipment work flawlessly. Self check-in went smoothly and allowed us to enter at a late hour. Wifi was good enough to allow for telecons.

The bedroom is rather smaller than would be expected from the photos and the room size mentioned, mostly due to the balcony being exactly the same size as the bedroom. Things like soap being provided in sachets and no place to hang anything in the bathroom were downers, as was the inability to control the temperature at night (too hot!) One night, the neighbours started arguing loudly in the passage at 5 am, and every word was audible - better soundproofing would be appreciated. Easily the worst part, though, was the bed, with a mattress that was higher on both sides than in the middle, and made a racket at the slightest movement, making a good night's sleep impossible.
