Convenient, clean hotel with pleasant restaurant

Convenient location, very clean with on site restaurant. The room was quiet even though it is in central Sierre.

Bedroom was comfortable but we were worried we might smack our heads on the roof beam if we got up in the dark to go to the bathroom. A charging point for phone/ipad would have been useful. Breakfast was fine but we couldn’t drink the coffee from the machine.

Prima in orde en voor herhaling vatbaar. Is een aanrader.

Ontbijt was niet heel uitgebreid maar meer dan voldoende. Personeel heel vriendelijk. Kamer keurig schoongemaakt en dagelijks bijgehouden. Elke dag verse flesjes water plus koffie op de kamer

C'est la deuxième fois que je viens et c'est la deuxième fois que j'ai froid. Le chauffage ne fonctionne pas et lorsque j'ai demandé au patron comment le régler, il m'a parlé d'une télécommande qui n'existait pas. J'ai dû redescendre et demander une couverture, que les serveurs ont dû aller chercher dans la veranda. Et faire fonctionner le sèche-cheveux pendant 30 minutes pour avoir une température correcte. Une couverture ou une couette supplémentaire dans l'armoire ne serait vraiment pas du luxe. Et quelques degrés de plus. Côté restaurant, j'ai trouvé les raviolonis extrêmement lourds (et pourtant, je ne suis pas difficile sur ce plan). Je me suis également rendu compte après le repas qu'il y avait des IPA sur la carte. Je n'en avais pas pris car la serveuse m'avait dit qu'il n'y avait que des bières blondes. Il faudra lui expliquer qu'une IPA n'est pas tout à fait la même chose qu'une blonde. :-)

Trotz Reservation konnte ich nicht einchecken, da ich keine Zugangsdaten erhielt, die angeschriebene Telefonnummer nicht

Von aussen macht das Hotel einen gepflegten Eindruck.

Ich habe über Booking ein Zimmer im Hotel Terminus reserviert. Bei meiner Ankunft um 16 Uhr war die Rezeption bereits geschlossen. Am Eingang war zwar eine Telefonnummer angeschrieben, diese habe ich dreimal angerufen – ohne Antwort. Erst nach etwa drei Viertelstunden erhielt ich einen Rückruf. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatte ich aber bereits ein anderes Hotel gebucht, da mir kein Zugangscode oder Verfahren zur Schlüsselabholung mitgeteilt worden war. Eine Nachricht über Booking mit den Zugangsinformationen habe ich erst am Folgetag gesehen, eine SMS mit den relevanten Daten habe ich nie erhalten. Das Hotel schiebt die Verantwortung auf Booking und weigert sich trotz allem, eine Rückerstattung vorzunehmen – obwohl mir telefonisch ursprünglich eine solche zugesagt wurde. Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung: kein Zugang zum Zimmer, keine Erreichbarkeit im entscheidenden Moment, keine kundenorientierte Lösung. Ich kann das Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

Die zentrale Lage, die sehr sauberen und geräumigen Zimmer hat uns gefallen. Auch war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der Zimmerpreis sollte nicht teurer werden und das Frühstück ist mit 19 CHF unserer Ansicht nach zu teuer. Wenn dann noch bloss 1 Person zu rund 40 Gästen schauen muss, kann s nicht aufgehen. Beim Buffet fehlte immer etwas - sei es das Nachfüllen der Ware oder das Geschirr/Besteck.

Angehnemer Aufenthalt nach einem Wine-Tasting in Salgesch.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sehr grosszügig ausgemessen. Wir haben am Abend auch im Hotel gegessen, das Essen war super lecker!

Es wird enorm warm in den Zimmer, dünnere Bettdecken im Sommer wären allenfalls empfehlenswert. Wir mussten dann die Klimaanlage einstellen, welche aber ziemlich laut war.

Séjour en amoureux fort agréable.

Le service était incroyable! La dame à l’accueil fut des plus aimable et a fait en sorte que nous ayons tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre soirée/nuit.

Les lampes de chevet ne fonctionnaient pas, ou alors nous n’avons pas compris comment les allumer.. 😅
