Good location and worked, but lacking

There were enough pull out beds for our 4 children and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked enough for the basics. Good location to get to everything: beach, stores, food, everglades. The kids enjoyed the pool as well.

There were no sheets for any of the pull out beds, the pillows that were there were dirty, the place itself was clean. There was 1 hand towel in the bathroom but no soap, dish soap in the kitchen but no towels, no washcloth and exactly 6 towels. So we didn't have extras for the pool. The giant TV in the bedroom wasn't hooked up to anything, no roku box even though there was a remote.

Perfect if I was clean.

I was in room 3, satisfied with the room, the location is great, clean pool and pleasant outdoor area. Landlord promptly answered my question about opening and closing the door.

The landlord should pay attention to the cleaning in general. Bath towels and bedding look like poorly washed. There is a lack of some essential items in the kitchen like cloth, spatula, cups and mugs. The coffee maker looks like it is dirty. Smoke exhaust probably didn't work as stick fatty. The shutters in the room do not work and we had to use towels to maintain privacy. The bathroom curtain was disgusting. The landlord should provide at least 2 rolls of toilet paper and towel paper. Only 1 toilet roll was available to 2 people in 7 days.

This place needs serious improvements

Neat and clean property, but it was a competition to enjoy the courtyard

There are some things missing like drinking glasses, kitchen towel, washcloths, and the fire alarm went off daily from the neighbors.. also the hot water heater was freaky to take a shower was burn yourself alive or freeze and no in between.

Raccoons bathe in the pool , the refrigerator didn’t work either I didn’t realize it until my last day when everything I put in the freezer had went bad

Enjoyed our stay despite deficiencies.

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the shopping areas... grocery, stores, etc. The pool and having 2 big screen televisions were definitely a plus.

The level of cleanliness needs to be addressed. More pillows are needed rather than throw cushions. Ware utensils - rather than plastic - and additional linens and towels are required.

I will never stay again

Location is okay it’s close to most things

No one comes to cleans pretty sure I was charged that no soap shampoo or conditioner said laundry soap would be provided it wasn’t there is no pans to cook in oven the tv has no cable the tv had a mark going down it the stand in living room the leg was broke the pool was dirty so I had to clean it everyday I felt like I did more work then vacation will never stay here again for the money I paid

The area and place was very uncomfortable and dirt.

Upon arrival the pool and front area was dirt. We requested for early checkin at 11am and was told to wait outside while staff clean the facility. Staff never came. When end up leaving and booking a hotel with a more comfortable and convenient stay.

Hezká vilka na dobrém a klidném místě

Pěkná vilka s bazénem a vším co vlastně potřebujete , je tam i grill , posezení , velmi dobré vybavení a velmi pohodlná postel . Super místo a klidná lokalita .

Zvuková izolace je hodně slabá , slyšíte vše , co se vedle děje . Také jsme měli 2 noci velmi nepřizpůsobivé sousedy , kteří dělali hluk a koupali se do 2 ráno .
