View and relaxed atmosphere

Not much that is walkable from the property location.

I loved that the property is only 4 stories high: not into high rises or huge complexes. Loved that we stayed on the top floor so we could watch whales and turtles every day. Beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable! Loved snorkeling right outside our back (front?) door!

There were hardly any hooks or racks to hang things on! Need places to dry damp stuff and towels...and the TP! I didn't find a floor plan prior to booking; we would have preferred to be further away from the sociable pool. The neighborhood has no sidewalks, so walk/run roadside at your own risk...not very pedestrian friendly. And no beach-walking to be had, since the surf is so close. There's a breakwall and a little access to the water.

The View

No AC - when we arrived it was 89 with 75% humidity and we are from the PNW. We were HOT, sticky and uncomfortable. We could not sleep comfortably for the entire duration of the stay and even with all windows open and fans running full blast. The mornings were the best time of the day for temperature. I did not know October was in the high 80's. Lesson learned for us...NEVER AGAIN!
