Cleanliness was great. Location was prefect. A short walk or drive over to the beach. The owners had extra stuff for guest including beach buckets and shovels, beach chairs, and a wagon to take to the beach.

The location was great, plus the access to both the beach and pool was wonderful.
Code for the gate to walkout dock wasn’t provided. When I asked one of the pool staff members he would not provide it either.

Convenient location, nice pool and access to beach
Not very clean, linens were very “tired” looking and stained. Dishes were put away with food dried and stuck to them. Beach cart was rusted and full of water and sand. There was only one beach chair and it was rusted and ripped.
