We only liked the location. It’s close to the sea, but from the window we see the roof of a house, not the beach.

We checked in later than scheduled because we were told that the apartment was still being cleaned and were asked to wait 30 minutes. We checked in at 3:30 p.m., but no cleaning had been done — the bedding was dirty, the place was unclean, and there was a bad smell. We had to clean it ourselves. Later, we were told that the cleaning service would come at 6:00 p.m. and were asked to leave the key. But in the apartment were our things and documents, and I didn’t want anyone coming in without me. I said that we had tidied up because after the trip we at least needed to take a shower and use a clean bathroom. I asked them to bring fresh bedding. They said okay, at 6:15 p.m. We went to the beach, and at 6:15 I came back to the apartment and wrote that I was waiting for the bedding, to which they replied that they had keys and I didn’t need to wait for them. I asked that no one enter without our presence. In the end, they brought the laundry 40 minutes later just in a bag, all wrinkled, simply crumpled up in the bag. The cups were chipped and cracked, the microwave didn’t work. Everything was old and of course in poor condition. We checked out at 11:10 as stated on the website. They said they would refund the cleaning fee, but nothing was returned. They also wrote that we requested something on the TV, although we only watched two shows through my account.
