Appart très sympathique, avec du charme, et bien situé . Petite terrasse agréable. Accueil sympa et efficace, tout le confort en petits équipements. Bonnes literies. Le rapport qualité/prix est très intéressant.
Au mois de juillet, difficile de "survivre" sans clim à Perpignan quand on est peu habitué à la chaleur... Des ventilos partout dans l'appart, heureusement, mais cependant insuffisant pour se refroidir. Peut-être prévoir des bouteilles d'eau congelées qui associées aux ventilos, permettraient une pseudo clim pour s'endormir ?
