Luxury, Castle View Apartment Windsor Town Centre

Amazing apartment and a wonderful host. The location was perfect, and we’ll definitely be back. We visited for Ascot Races - a must when your wife is a milliner! We can’t wait to return.

We love everything about this apartment, the location, high ceiling, the view, the white rug, the huge bath tub, etc. We also could watch the parade from our window. It's so bright in the suite with so many windows and lights.

Hard to think of anything. This is a stretch, but maybe the sticky counter top (wood) - we put towels down when we ate there.

Amazing location with a great view of the castle. Brilliant facilities. Comfortable and luxurious.

The view of Windsor Castles is great. The kitchen also is nice, with most of what you would need for a few days.

There was a strong musty smell coming from the bathroom. When you drain the tub, the water bubbles up in the shower drain, so you have to be very careful to drain the tub slowly, so you don’t flood the bathroom. The wifi network name did not match the WiFi network listed on the app or the card. The management didn’t understand this was a security risk. Hopefully, this has been corrected. Also, guests should be aware of the steep climb (30 steps) from the ground floor to the apartment. It’s only a problem if you have mobility issues or a lot of luggage. And finally, after we departed, the management falsely accused us of “breaking” the shower. The shower was working fine when we departed, and if there had been a problem, we would have reported it right away, as we are extremely conscientious guests. So, I would recommend taking photos of how you leave the apartment when you depart.
