先ず、受付の人がきちんと迎えてくれて、帰りも最後まで見送ってくれた。 お部屋も広くて清潔、お風呂もとても良かった。 お風呂の泉質もよく、化粧水等が付いていたので気持ちよく、お風呂から帰ることができた！ 山の湯に入ったが山の上にあのようなお風呂があるのはとても気持ちよかった！ エレベーター近くの部屋であったが静かで移動するのにしやすかった。 朝食もお手製のパンがあり、工夫していてお得感がすごくあった！
今は外国人を雇っていることは当たり前のことであるが夕食、料理を頼んでついた人がフィリピン人の人であったが日本食の食事なので最後はサンキューでなく、ありがとうございましたと言われた方が気持ち良いと思った！ 私達は日本人なので！相手が外国人ならサンキューでいいのでしょうが！ 日本酒の飲み比べを頼んで飲んだが、その後もう少し飲みたかったが瓶でしか注文できなかったことは残念であった！ 飲み比べのメニューがあるのに、そのような対応しかできない仕組みがとても残念であった！

レストランのマスターがとても親切でした。ほかのスタッフさんも大変親切でとても気持ちの良い滞在になりました、ありがとうございました。 露天風呂のお風呂も最高に良かったですし、お部屋も大変綺麗でした、自分史上また行きたい宿ベスト3に入ります！

お得だった、客室と布団の寝心地がよく清潔だった 泉質が最高だった
フロントの感じがチェックインとチェックアウト共にあんまり良くない。 朝食会場の方はみんなとても親切で気持ちが良かった。 また、こちらの宿に限ったことではなく、たくさんの種類の食事を提供するより、地元で手に入るさりげなく簡単な食材で品数を絞って提供すると喜ばれると思う。
