Mieszkanko wyposażone jest w zasadzie we wszystko co potrzebne: jest pralka, suszarka, pojemna lodówka z zamrażarką, żelazko i deska do prasowania, kuchenka indukcyjna i mikrofalówka. Wygodne łóżka i czysta pościel. Bardzo blisko (kilka minut pieszo) do węzła Stratford (autobusy, kolejka naziemna i metro) - świetny punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania Londynu (wszystkie atrakcje w obrębie 30-45 minut podróży).
Brak gniazdka elektrycznego w łazience, niedziałające piloty do telewizora. Mieszkanie jest na poddaszu więc bardzo nagrzewa się w gorące dni (osiągnięcie komfortowej temperatury jedynie po otwarciu wszystkich okien i zrobieniu przeciągu, co jest niezbyt dobre dla osób wrażliwych, podatnych na przeziębienia). Brzydkie zapachy na klatce schodowej. Drzwi wejściowe do mieszkania to tragedia - przydałoby się je wymienić, bo obecnie nie gwarantują bezpieczeństwa (jeden kopniak i wchodzisz jak do siebie).
