No coffee facilities. Bed underlay was slightly stained and coming through to cover.

Amazing location, so close to the light rail and walking distance to so much. Very comfortable beds, great size for the 4 of us. Well set up property and great value for money.

Note that the spiral staircase is both steep & skinny, so it was difficult carrying suitcases up and down. The keypad on the door went flat on our last afternoon there. I informed the staff and asked that it be fixed before we got back that evening. I received a message to say that there was a lockbox with a key that we could use. When we returned at 10pm that evening we were unable to get the lockbox to open with the code, it was jammed shut. I tried communicating with staff, but there was no way to get a hold of anyone. I was left stranded outside with my two 75 year old parents and my daughter until midnight, when we managed to get someone to help us with a chisel & hammer to force the lockbox. I never received any response from staff regarding any of the messages I sent or the voicemails I left. If I had not been able to get in that evening I would have missed my flight in the morning as staff did not start until after I would have had to be at the airport.

Really easy to get access - instructions sent ahead of time, and keyless entry handy. Funky home, great location - only a couple of mins from lightrail, Paddy's markets and Darling Harbour. It was chilly when we stayed but heaters in all rooms took the edge off. And the rooftop was a great addition!

The bedrooms and bathroom are up very tight spiral stairs which aren't for the fainthearted, those with dizziness/vision problems or anything larger than a small-medium suitcase?! Also not sure about having to provide photo ID by email (never had to do on previous Booking.com reservations but this property is actually managed by a different company). Some tea bags/coffee/longlife milk available on arrival would've been nice but a 7/11-style store is only 5min walk away.

La propreté très moyenne, les draps tachés, le canapé plus que douteux. pas de papier toilette, pas de liquide de lavage, aucuns torchons ou serviettes de table. le jardin intérieur dans un état lamentable, séchoir à linge cassé. la climatisation bridée et ne fournissant pas de froide nécessaire.
