About this apartment rental
Get ready to forget all your worries and bask in the paradise that is our one-of-a-kind resort style villa. Nestled in Los Naranjos of the Samaná peninsula, this resort style villa offers stunning panoramic views of the sea and palm trees from your own private terrace. Perched atop a hill, the villa provides fantastic views of Cayo Levantao and the turquoise waters of the bay, with a perfect view of the majestic humpback whales (in season, January through April).

The area offers various activities such as water sports, diving, scuba diving and excursions throughout the area, wonderful caves, waterfalls, beaches, and much more. Here are a few of our favorite:

3. Cayo Levantao (is the cay you may see from the terrace of the villa)
4. Playa Rincón (among Playa El Valle, considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches of the world)
5. Playa el Valle (considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world)
6. Playa Playita (if you like Scuba-Diving, here is an excellent Diving Center that can arrange all you need to enjoy espectacular immersions)
7. Playa Las Galeras

Our guests have access to the Pool, Jacuzzi, Game room, Gym, Restaurant, Bar and Beaches and the entire apartment with the exception of our locked storage closet.

Samaná is one of the most beautiful areas in the Dominican Republic, and our villa is perfectly situated to help you enjoy everything the area has to offer. Located in the XELITE VISTA MARE complex, you'll have access to luxury amenities that will make your stay feel like paradise.
And speaking of paradise, our villa offers a private and peaceful retreat with panoramic ocean views from every room. Plus, you'll have access to not one but TWO stunning infinity pools and a jacuzzi and TWO private beaches that will take your breath away.
With air conditioning, fans, a fully equipped kitchen, parking, and Wi-Fi included, you'll have everything you need to make the most of your stay.

👥 Guest Capacity
Our standard nightly rate includes up to 2 guests.
Planning to bring friends or family? No problem! Additional guests are welcome for just $10 per person, per night. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
⚡ Electricity Use
We want you to stay cool and comfortable, especially with the Caribbean sun!
That said, electricity in the Dominican Republic is expensive. Your stay includes up to 18 kWh/day, which typically covers normal use.
If you exceed that, an additional charge of $0.30 per kWh applies. We recommend turning off A/Cs when you're out to help stay within the included amount.
🌴 Nature Around
Our location is surrounded by lush greenery and tropical beauty — but that also means you may occasionally spot ants, mosquitoes, or wasps. While we take great care to maintain the space, nature is part of the experience here. If you're particularly sensitive, we recommend bringing repellent just in case.
🛠️ Maintenance Support
Our home is well cared for, but like any space, things can sometimes go awry. Should anything come up — an appliance acting up or something not quite right — please reach out right away. We’re here to help and will do our best to resolve it quickly.

The view is amazing! Overlooking the bay we could clearly see whales everyday just off shore. The unit is spacious with a beautiful full length deck. Located about 15 minutes from Samana the property itself (Vista Mare) is very nice and well maintained with 2 fabulous beaches, 2 infinity pools and a very good restaurant. The property is on hill so be prepared for some very steep hikes to the beaches and pools but well worth the walk or drive. We had some minor issues when we arrived but I must say that our host and property manager resolved them quickly.
