About this villa rental
We are delighted to offer for rent our charming house totalling 130 m² with a swimming pool and stunning sea views.
Ideally located 6 minutes from the Route des Tamarins, in a well-maintained housing development in a very quiet area, the house has an ideal location to discover the island (15 minutes from the beaches and the lagoon of the Hermitage, halfway between Saint-Denis and Saint-Pierre and only 50 minutes from Maïdo). Located at an altitude of 500m, which allows it to benefit from a perfect climate and a nice view.
On the first floor, you will discover a large living room with lounge area, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. A scullery will allow you to have storage space. This bright living room gives access on the sea side to the large veranda and the swimming pool in the extension and on the other side to a more intimate space in the middle of the vegetation. You will also find a master suite with a 140 cm double bed with its shower room and separate toilets.
Upstairs, you will discover two bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 160
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 140
As well as a bathroom and toilet.
You have the possibility to park vehicles on the plot and in front of the house.
