Welcome to our Brand-New Luxury 1-2-bedroom Guest Home in the heart of Queens. Offering a family-friendly environment with 1-2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Complete with a secure fenced private outdoor patio and free 24/7 parking. This townhouse is ideal for 2 person, it can stay up to 3-5 people.

- Bedroom 1 features a luxury queen-size memory foam bed and a 4K smart TV
- The Living Room/Bedroom 2 is furnished with a comfortable loveseat that can be converted into a twin-size sofa bed (with a memory foam mattress).
Additionally, there is a twin daybed (with two twin mattresses) that can be extended to function as a king-size bed. A curtain is available that can be closed for added privacy.
- The brand-new bathroom features a step-in shower and a Japanese luxury spa bidet toilet.
KITCHEN AND DINING:
- The fully-equipped kitchen features a 4-range electric stove & oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, and basic kitchenware.
