Experience the ultimate upper-scale getaway! Nestled in a tranquil, exclusive airport community, you'll enjoy privacy & wildlife while being close to 3 cities and just 20 mins from vibrant downtown Austin. Inside, enjoy cocktails around a cozy bartop game table for six. Outside, a pool deck, swings, hammocks & games await. Nearby, explore the Austin Aquarium, a 90-acre park, biking trails, fishing, AAA baseball, caverns etc. Executives enjoy two, dedicated office bays, each with a set of dual monitors.
The space
This sprawling, fenced, acreage homesite is perfect for executives and families alike.
General: Bright, open, one-story 4-bedroom ranch-style floorplan wrapped in custom wood shutters for the perfect climate, comfort, and atmospheric touch. The large, 4th bedroom/office offers a 13-foot wall-to-wall desk with two PC bays - each comes equipped with large dual monitors for multiple applications and on-the-road business efficiencies.
The chef in you will find all they need with ample kitchen space around a big granite-topped island and a spotless double-doored refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, oven, and microwave. A large, round, breakfast table with a giant lazy susan and buffet server will hold captive your crowd as they bring in the day, or close it with bonding conversations or fun-filled games.
The home is properly appointed with designer-assisted decorated rooms and the following:
Beds: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen (blow-up mattress please ask), 2 Twins, 1 Twin (sleeper), 1 Queen murphy bed (replaces black chaise lounge in photo for more bed space), and 1 Crib/Playpen upon request.
Baths: 3 individual, spacious, tiled bathrooms for a total of two showers and one tub.

I have a small pet myselves, but prefer No pets at this time, please.

Guests can enter through the double solid wood front doors for a baby-grand experience, more directly and casually from the driveway into the office/4th bedroom or follow the pathways along the side to the fenced-in backyard, pool, and spa.
Other things to note
Step outside for a game of basketball, walk the trails, watch the neighbor's private planes take off and land, or enjoy the deer, jack rabbit, hawks, and cotton-tailed bunnies. Grill under the covered patio while the others relax in the shallow wading pool or splash around in the larger pool and spa. Swing in the various tree swings and hammock, or utilize the acreage for a game of football or soccer. Venture one short mile away for a 90-acre park with endless activities or cross the highway for Italian food, Mexican food, or authentic Thai.
Unique to half of this neighborhood are homes on a well and septic. This house is one of them. Please try and stagger showers, when washing clothes or dishes to keep from running the well dry; but if you do, it usually refills within about 20 minutes. It's part of our ranch-vibe charm.
Of Final Note:
This is the owner's pool for those who have booked. It can be heated upon request - 24 hours notice is often needed to reach ideal temperature if heating the entire pool. Heating the large hot tub is much faster of course. Estimated cost to heat is $8/hr - prenegotiated & prepaid.
