This luxurious half of a house has been furnished with exclusive pieces, some of which are Swedish antiques, and offers ample space for 6–8 people.
The 440-square-meter property, featuring 2 parking spaces, a storage room, a garden, and a spacious, sheltered terrace complete with high-quality teak garden furniture, is beautifully landscaped with lovely plants.
This sunny, newly built semi-detached home is located on the outskirts of the Dorf neighborhood. The nearest stop for the free local bus is just a 3-minute walk away, right next to Westküstenpark. Supermarkets such as Sky Markt, Aldi, Lidl, and others are within a 5-minute walk.
A maximum of 2 pets are welcome in this beautiful vacation home, but only upon prior arrangement and for a fee.

The house has approximately 135 m² of living space and is laid out as follows:
On the first floor is the light-filled living room with an open kitchen and a cozy dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances. An elegant fireplace in the living room adds a warm touch. The first floor also features a large hallway with a built-in coat closet, an utility room, and a spacious guest bathroom with a shower. There is also a double bedroom (bed: 160 x 200) with a TV on the first floor.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which features 3 spacious and lovingly furnished bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One double bedroom (140 x 200 with its own en suite shower room/toilet), one double bedroom (160 x 200), and one twin bedroom (beds: 90 x 200). A dream in every way for both children and adults. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV.
Thoughtfully designed down to the last detail. The upper floor also features a third bathroom with a bathtub.
