Guest Access:

Guest will have private access to the entire home including pool, backyard & patio. Garage access is only for laundry room access. Parking or utilizing garage is off limits to guests. Vendors may access backyard or garage to service the home.



Other Things to Note:

Propane for Grill Use:

We’re happy to provide a propane grill for your use! Please note that due to multiple guest turnovers, we’re not always able to check the propane tank between every stay. If you plan to use the grill during your visit, feel free to message us at least a day before check-in so we can ensure a full tank is ready for you. If you arrive and find the tank low or empty, just reach out to us via chat, we’re more than happy to assist!



🐾 Pet Fee & Rules



- 40-lb weight limit (maximum 2 dogs)

- Please pick up after your dogs in the front and backyard (supplies provided 🧹)

- $50 flat fee for stays of 5 nights or fewer

- $15 per day for stays longer than 5 nights

🔥 Pool & Hot Tub Heating (Optional)

Heating is available for an additional fee to cover gas usage. Please message us before arrival if you’d like heat enabled.



Daily Heating Fees:

🏊 Pool: $70/day

- $50/day for 4+ consecutive days

🛁 Hot Tub: $50/day

- $40/day for 4+ consecutive days



Temperature Settings (for comfort + safety):

- Pool heated to 82°F

- Hot tub heats up to 102°F

📩 All usage instructions are sent on check-in day



Guest Activation: Guests interested in using the heated pool must submit a request by contacting us before their arrival. Please send us a message with your request, specifying your ETA



ETA Requirements: To guarantee the pool is ready for use upon your arrival, provide us with an accurate ETA and ensure you arrive within 2 hours of the specified time. If travel plans change and you arrive later than the specified time, the heat timer will be reset, and the spa/pool heating may not be immediately available.



Please ensure all trash and recyclables are properly disposed of to maintain cleanliness and prevent issues. The trash and recycling bins are located behind the gate next to the garage. To access them, use the combination lock with the code 7977. After disposing of your trash and recyclables, make sure to securely close and lock the bins. Arizona can experience extreme heat, especially during the summer. Our air conditioning system is designed to maintain a comfortable temperature, but during periods of excessive heat, it may take longer to cool the space to your desired level. We appreciate your understanding and encourage mindful energy use



Interaction with Guests:

You will have access to a professional host management team for the duration of your stay. Feel free to message us if you have any troubles checking in or need anything during your stay.
