Our house is a family home, suitable for children where all generations can live together. Each room has direct access to the park through a French window.
All the bedrooms and living areas are on one level. There are terraces, lounge area and dining areas all around the Villa. You can choose to enjoy nature on the terrace of your choice. You can live in/out very easily, which makes the house very friendly.
The Villa is a typical Hossegor house, in the Basque-Landes style. It has a lot of character and is surrounded by cork oaks and pines. In front of the property, the cycle path leads you to the golf clubhouse, the market, or to the town centre in three pedal strokes or in 5 minutes on foot. The living room and the kitchen open on one side onto the beautiful terrace with a view of the golf course and on the other onto the swimming pool and its south-facing solarium where deckchairs await you to relax. The bedrooms are quiet and offer pretty views of the park.
All the living rooms and bedrooms, all on the first floor, are accessible to travelers. However, the villa is not equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility. It should be noted that bedroom 4 is adjoining the house but has independent access.
In the garden, an electric stainless steel plancha will allow you to cook the delicious sea fish that you will have bought at the fish market in the port of Capbreton (3km), go there by bike.
For vegetables, go to Barajas (1500m). This shop offers organic and short circuit vegetables as well as local products.
