Guest access
First floor: Elegant entryway, spacious lobby with seating, guest coat check, living room with stone fireplace and direct access to the large terrace, a formal dining area adjacent to the large, fully equipped kitchen with a separate utility room including a washing machine (Miele 10 kg) /laundry room, and access to the covered terrace with a dining table and a view of the beautiful green space, including two 30-year-old palm trees. There are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, both of which have direct access to and a view of the large terrace and the pool.
The Upper Floor: From the entry area, an impressive Andalusian staircase leads to the upper floor, which can be used as an additional spacious living area with a modern smart TV as well as an informal home office. Of course, great care was taken to ensure that A high-speed fiber-optic connection with fast internet has been installed. From here, you have direct access to an elevated terrace with a panoramic view, where you can enjoy the occasional magnificent sunset against the backdrop of the mountains visible on the horizon. On the upper floor are two additional double bedrooms with high, airy ceilings and views of the unique garden and the mountain ranges. There is also a beautiful Andalusian family bathroom on the upper floor, complete with all amenities.
Outdoor Area: An elegant driveway leads through a secure electric gate into the gated community and then through a second electric gate to the Andalusian villa “La Almunia,” which features ample parking and a brick carport for two cars. A picturesque garden, carefully tended and maintained for many years, surrounds the finca and features an automatic, sustainable irrigation system. The property is home to 57 olive, walnut, pine, and fig trees, which have enriched this unique garden for over 30 years.
On hot days, a large pool (13 m L x 6 m W x 2 m D) invites you to enjoy a refreshing dip. Two massive natural stone tables with seating and a grill area are perfect for winding down with a BBQ and a glass of red wine on atmospheric evenings.
Right next to the pool, there is a shower, a grill area with a dining table, and an outdoor kitchen. The property features old olive trees and an oak grove, which invite you to relax in the shade.
The entire finca, including all rooms except the utility rooms and the walk-in closet in the master bedroom, is available for rent. The outdoor areas around the pool, including the outdoor kitchen, are available to guests. Additionally, the parking garage with two covered parking spaces is reserved for guests. Of course, the fairy-tale forest and the vegetable garden are available to guests. We want guests to feel completely at home. The wine bar is also available to guests for a small fee.
