Cape Cod Style on Grand Lake - Romantic Honeymoon Cottage w/ Hot tub #11

This adorable cottage has everything you need for a romantic weekend with a hot tub, pull out couch to snuggle by the fireplace, back deck with a propane grill and a comfy memory foam bed.
Parking:  2 cars will fit side by side in the driveway.  If you are in one vehicle there is room to turn around in the gravel to pull out or some people prefer to back in.
* If backing out, there are slots between the fence boards that you can see if a car is coming from the right, just go slow.  This is not our fence so we have not been able to altar it in any way. 
There is also designated truck boat parking on the premises with electric.

SIDE PATIO: located outside the bedroom with inflatable hot tub and dining area. PLEASE WATCH YOUR STEP! The steps are a little larger than normal.  Be careful coming in and out.  To take the lid off the hot tub press the safety lock in the middle down then both sides of the latch. You have to slam the screen door to shut it. Don’t worry you won’t break it. To turn on string lights use the switch by the hot tub connector.

HOT TUB: is kept at 90 degrees.  Upon arrival feel free to increase the temperature. In order to do so, hold down the unlock button then use the arrows to increase to the desired temperature then press the flame button to turn the heat on.

In the white corner cabinet is a fan and an iron.
Additional linens in the basket on the corner wall shelf.
The window unit is both the heating and air conditioning. 
The fireplace is electric and can be decorative with flames or used as a heater. 
TV is Roku and you can use in guest mode and sign in to your accounts or watch the free programming available on the Roku channel. 
The couch is a pull out trundle that pops up to form a bed and the back reclines.  It’s cozy to snuggle up on with a blanket and watch tv or read a book. 
Propane grill is on the back deck. Please be sure to turn the propane off after using and replace the cover.
The Casori oven can be used as a microwave to heat up or as an oven.  Please use foil when baking on it. Countertop double burner stove top is in the lower cabinet next to the refrigerator. 
Keurig with coffee and condiments and paper plates and napkins on bakers rack. Silverware and knives in first drawer -very sharp knives.  Utensils and accessories in the further back drawer.
The striped towels on the shelf are for hot tub use. There are also hooks outside to hang them to dry.     
Bathroom: shampoo, conditioner and body wash in dispenser in shower.  Extra towels under the sink.
Bedroom has phone charging stand on the nightstand for convenience and small suitcase wrack.  There is another suit case wrack located behind the front door.
