The Cub House is a newly-decorated and under new management,pet-friendly 3 bedroom and 2 bath cabin located in the heart of Mountain Shadow's Phase 1. This is a perfect cabin for that family with "water babies" as the outdoor pool is right in the backyard of it! (open during the summer) The Cub House also has a gas fireplace giving it a warm atmosphere, brand new gas grill, smart t.v.'s in three of the rooms, 5-1 game table with pool table, poker, and foosball as well as a super cool Commercial grade Sno cone machine. Brand new hot tub and gas grill.. Be prepared to cook those large family meals with a nice-size kitchen and plenty of counter space. Cub House has an air fryer, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, Keurig, coffeemaker, blender, and toaster. Cub House is located within minutes to the Arts and Crafts District of Gatlinburg and the trolley stop is about a 1/2 mile away. Bring your pets as well as the owners know that pets are part of the family, too. This cabin is handicap accessible with two of the bedrooms being on the main floor and a flat entrance for wheelchairs.
Book for April 15th or after and enjoy free tickets to Dollywood, Dolly Stampede, Pirates Voyage, Beyond the Lens, Wonderworks, Alcatraz and so much more. Cub House was designed to be affordable for every family to be able to enjoy the Great Smoky Mountains and have access to everything that Gatlinburg has to offer. Who knows? You might even see a bear or two as Mountain Shadows is known for it's black bear population. It was even said one year that a guest at Cub House saw Bigfoot while he was enjoying the hot tub with his lady friend.
There are 2 queen bedrooms located on the ground floor with 1 bathroom. Walk up the beautiful staircase into the King Master Bedroom Suite complete with it's own bathroom and sitting area. With plenty of board games and fun activities to do, this is the perfect family environment as the Owners have three children of their own that enjoy spending time at the pool and "bear-watching."
Cub House also serves a dual purpose as a small-event cabin that's perfect for your next small wedding reception, birthday party, and family reunion. All three of the beds are Murphy beds that fold up and out of the way. Cub House has multiple tables and chairs in the closets to where your cabin can turn into a venue at any moment if needed.
Cub House can easily sit up to 25 people when all the tables and chairs are set up.
