This adorable cottage (920 sf) was lovingly remodeled and features a master bedroom with firm queen bed and en suite bath; guest room with firm full-size bed. Kitchen has quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including a gas range, refrigerator with water and ice in the door, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster/air fryer. Washer and dryer in the hall bathroom. Small pets are welcome, however the yard is only partially fenced. Enjoy the bay breeze from the back deck! This location is centrally located for all things Baldwin County–easy drive to the beaches, The Grand Hotel, Weeks Bay, sports and shopping in Foley; plus all the shopping and restaurants in Fairhope and Daphne. Enjoy a walk to the marina, downtown or this secluded, well-established neighborhood!
