The location of this house was absolutely everything we wanted. Great family location lots of things to do and see. Beach was only a 2 minute drive the pool was one house down which is great with kids. This is a privately owned property so outside of checking in you wonât get much assistance from the front desk. The house wasnât dirty but it wasnât very clean either. The floors were so dirty when we first arrived definitely hadnât been swept or moped in a long time. You only get 2 trash bags and we stayed 5 nights. Front desk wouldnât give us anymore so we had to buy our own. We also had to get laundry pods because they wonât provide anymore towels than whatâs in the house which isnât much for the amount of people it sleeps. When I spoke to the front desk they told me they wouldnât provide anything for us so they werenât much help because itâs privately owned. This meant I did laundry every single day I was there to keep up with having enough towels for everyone. Not ideal for vacation. It says it sleeps 8 but for the size I wouldnât plan to have more than 6 people there. The photos shown isnât the house you are going to be in it was very outdated in comparison to the photos. The trash cans outside didnât have lids and were broken so we were constantly having to pick up trash due to animals getting into the garbage. Overall I would go back to this place but I would go directly through litchfeild so that they would take care of any of our needs.
