About this cottage rental

The fully-stocked kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals with ease, complete with modern appliances and ample countertop space. Enjoy your culinary creations in the sunny dining room, which comfortably seats up to 6 people. Each of the two bedrooms has a queen bed and there is a queen pull-out sofa in the living room. This home is fully air-conditioned.
When it comes to outdoor relaxation, our cottage has you covered. Unwind on the patio, equipped with a gas grill for delightful barbecues and gatherings. Soak up the sun, breathe in the fresh air, and take in the serene surroundings.
As part of the resort community, you'll have access to a wealth of amenities. Cape Arundel Cottage Preserves is a gated community that is tucked into the woods of Arundel ona 64-acre preserve near the beaches of Kennebunkport. The cottage is perfect for beach goers, those visiting in the fall to experience the beauty that comes with fall colors to the festive holiday season and Prelude that happens in Kennebunkport. The cottage location is ideal as it is close to beaches, the Eastern Hiking Trail, and local shopping such as Dock Square.
The space
This community is full of amenities such as a 6,000 q/ft clubhouse, gym, Reading Room, fire pit, 2 heated pools (one is a salt water lap pool), and a game room for kids consisting of air hockey, ping pong, poker and shuffleboard

The location is prime with a short drive to local beaches, and the amenities of the community are excellent. This particular home is located a short walk from the club house and pools, and the host takes great care to ensure you have a wonderful stay. We loved it.

A very nice location. Quiet with very low traffic. 2 pools. Close to beach and places to eat. The family had a nice time.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gem on the Preserve. The home had everything you could want for our stay, was in close proximity to pools, a walkable neighborhood, and convenient to beaches and nearby towns. You couldn't ask for a better home base!
