About this house rental
Welcome to Seaview House in Bridgeport, CT! Enjoy a 5-minute drive to Metro North and nearby bus access. Visit Dolphin’s Cove Restaurant. Explore Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater, Total Mortgage Arena, Boca Oyster Bar & downtown, all just minutes away. Don't miss Seaside Park, University of Bridgeport & The Klein Memorial Auditorium, an easy 8-minute drive. Unleash fun at Connecticut's Beardsley Zoo, The Adventure Park, and Captain’s Cove Seaport + more!
Please note that the house is across from the water, but there's no direct beach access or full water view. There is a water taxi down the block that offers a quick ride to Pleasure Beach (10am-6pm, every 20 minutes) which is great for fishing and Seaside Beach is a 10-minute drive away.
The space:
Cozy living room designed with entertainment in mind. A sleek flat-screen TV 58inch is mounted above a beautiful fireplace.
Spacious dining room with a 58 inch TV
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances
3 bedrooms have queen size beds, 1 bedroom has a full size bed. All bedrooms have 32' TVs.
Driveway on premises (can hold about 3 cars)
Washer & dryer can be found in the basement.
Dedicated workstations
Complimentary Wi-Fi & Internet
Guests will have access to the house via the front and back door.
If you need anything else regarding your stay, please feel free to call us or email us between 9am-7pm so that we can assist you or send any assistance to help you.
If you have any non-emergency requests or concerns after 7pm, we kindly ask that you wait until the following day, and we will promptly address them.
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. All smoking must take place outside, and guests are responsible for properly disposing of smoking-related waste. $500 fee will be applied if any smoking evidence is found.
2. No parties or events: To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of our community, we do not allow parties or events to be hosted in our home. A $500 fee will be applied if any partying evidence is found.
3. Quiet hours are 10:00pm - 7:00am.
4. Please leave wet and dirty shoes, boots and jackets in the foyer. Comfy slippers and interior sandals will keep floors and homes clean and dry.
5. Be respectful of all common areas.
6. Report any damage immediately.
7. House trained pets are welcomed. $125 non-refundable pet fee per pet; up to two pets. Any exceptions need to be approved via message.
8. By using our WIFI network, you agree to use it only for legal purposes and commit not to use it for illegal uploading, downloading, sharing, and other illegal activity as described by County, State, and Federal Law.

This property had everything you could need. They went above and beyond with the amenities. Travel toothbrushes and toothpaste, shower stuff, toothpicks. High chair and pack and play. Full kitchen, coffee bar with creams and sugar. My only note which is not in the hosts control is that it’s in a heavily commercial area. Fisheries, ect and the streets are littered with trash. It’s “by” the water but you can’t see the water. We took our kids on a walk and we didn’t again.The home though was all that was advertised and more.

This was an awesome place to stay. Very clean and well kept. When I needed to get in touch for some last minute questions, the owner was very prompt and eager to help. I would definitely stay here again.

I cannot express how beautiful this home is. Much more beautiful and spacious in person. My family and I stayed over Thanksgiving and were so thankful we did. There were 5 of us: 4 adults, 1 child and a fur baby. And there was still space for more! The home is beautifully decorated and everyone felt like they had enough privacy and space. We loved the living area. I brought my utensils, pots and pans to prepare the feast but I did not need it. The house was stocked with everything you can dream of using. We loved the personalized signs, for example there was a closet labeled baby stuff in case you are traveling with little ones. The hosts were very attentive and responsive. Not that I needed anything, just to complement them on the home! :) The yard was big and the neighborhood was nice, as were the neighbors if you happen to catch them outside. Someone in a review said that it was sketchy, it is not! We would have loved to stay longer had we not had to return to our regular lives.
